     Hello, 

    We have a maxisys it is stuck updating. It is in the installation stage and is stuck at 98%. The update is Benz version v11.10 from 07/05/2017. 

    I think it has been trying to install this for some time, and will not allow newer updates to show up. 

    I am doing updates through the maxisys. I would like to do them through the pc, as I've heard it's faster, but have not been able to figure out how to do this.

     Install a good quality bench tested 32 Gb micro SD card (formated in FAT32)
